s girls, and the athletics department at the high school, which is home of the "Pinckney Pirates"! Through all of his community involvement, the fun carried over into his professional life as well. Since starting in Real Estate in 1999, many people got to know Rick and refer to him as the “Pinckney Pirate”. He wears a pirate hat equipped with fake long black hair to Pinckney High School football and basketball games and sells 50/50 tickets. Rick began branding himself and establishing a marketing program based on the Pinckney Pirate theme. He can be seen as “The Pinckney Pirate” at many local events, such as parades, festivals and expo shows.
