Congratulations to Anna & Phil!

About 6 months ago Anna reached out and said they wanted to start exploring new construction options. I knew exactly what would be an amazing neighborhood for them! We had a few meetings at the model home and before we knew it they were breaking ground on their brand new home!

Fast forward a few months and we listed their townhome for sale. I helped them get the best terms and price and today their townhome closed at 12:00pm and then they signed closing papers for their brand new home at 2:00!!

I first met Alexis when my kids were babies and she worked at their daycare. She is so kind and caring and even became one of our favorite go to babysitters when Tristan and Brooklyn were little.
Now fast forward almost 10 years, she has her own beautiful family with two little ones! I was so happy when they reached out and asked for help with buying their first home!
