A little rain couldn’t dim the creativity at the Clothesline Art Festival! ☁️🌦️🎨

I spent such a lovely day at the Memorial Art Gallery admiring beautiful artwork, jewelry, home décor, and handmade pieces while meeting the talented artists behind them.

One of my favorite moments was meeting a mother-daughter duo who have been knitting and weaving together for years and Mom is 90 years young! 🧶❤️ I also met a Japanese designer visiting from New York City and, of course, loved catching up with our talented local artists Afshan and Ayesha.

We topped it all off with a delicious lunch at Brown Hound Downtown—great atmosphere, wonderful service, and generous portions! 🍽️

As a Realtor, I’m always proud to share the art, culture, and community that make Rochester such a special place to call home. 🏡✨

I’ve known Dr. Hamza Chengazi Jr. for many years and watched him grow up, so helping him, his beautiful wife Komal, and their two precious girls find their perfect home has truly been a full-circle moment.

Hamza and Komal were amazingfocused, patient, and knew exactly what they wanted. And then, before it even hit the market, the perfect home found them. ✨ Sometimes what doesn’t work out is simply making room for what’s meant to be.

From house hunting with their youngest in our arms to first steps, games of tag, and mermaid adventures with the girls…this journey stole my heart. 💕

Oia, you were a dream! 💙🇬🇷

Just when you think you’ve seen it all, all you can say is SubhanAllah. The iconic blue domes, charming cobblestone streets, endless steps in cute shoes, of course 😂and breathtaking views around every corner!

We enjoyed brunch at beautiful Ammoudi Bay, saw the famous octopus hanging in the sun, and ended our day with an unforgettable boat ride surrounded by the bluest sea and mountains. We even met a family from Rochester what a small world!

As a realtor, I love discovering beautiful places, but sharing this experience with my favorite people made it truly priceless. A day I wished would never end! ✨

Santorini has left me completely speechless… 🇬🇷💙

This trip has been nothing short of breathtaking. Our room overlooks the sparkling Aegean Sea, and the private hot tub makes it feel like we’re floating right above the water.

Every moment has been unforgettable from incredible meals to last night’s dinner at Fanaras with the most magical sunset view.

Wandering through the winding streets, and taking in those dreamy views truly feels like living inside a postcard.

Santorini… I’m in love with you. 🌅✨
