I’ve now had the privilege of helping Pam purchase three homes, and I will never forget the very first one we walked into together. She immediately knew it was hers. On a napkin, she wrote that she hoped the stars would align and in a market where every house felt like a battle, somehow, they did. She got the house.
Then came house number two. The market was just as wild, and the home was in the perfect Brighton location. Pam asked me, “Do you think I can write an offer under asking?”
It sounded a little crazy, but by then, I had already witnessed the magic that seems to follow her. We went for it…and she got that house, too.
Through the years, we stayed close, and she would always tell me, “Candace, I dream of getting back to the first street I moved from.”
We toured a few homes around there, but none of them felt quite right. I’ve always said the right homes have a way of finding my clients and then this one appeared.
This house completely knocked me off my feet. The connections and ties it held, the design of every room, the style, the character, the undeniable coolness of it all... it was Pam. If I could have designed a home specifically for her, this would have been it.
She wanted it. We pulled out every stop. And, to absolutely no one’s surprise…the stars aligned for her again. ✨
Pam is officially the proud owner of this GORGEOUS home and, even more importantly, she is back on her dream street. Did I mention she's not also a real estate mogul?
Three homes. So many memories. And one incredibly special full-circle moment. Congratulations, Pam. There is no one more deserving of this beautiful next chapter. May the magic continue to follow us. Oh how I love you. 🎉🏡❤️ Pamela Dailey
