A few things I’m noticing lately from buyers exploring the Cape Haze corridor.
Many are approaching the market more analytically than they were several years ago, especially when it comes to insurance, waterfront usability, long-term costs, and flexibility.
At the same time, demand for well-located coastal property remains very real.
