🍂 Hello, September!

A new month means it’s time for a little home TLC! 🏡 September is a great time to knock out a few simple maintenance tasks that can help keep your home running smoothly and prevent bigger headaches down the road.

September Home Maintenance Checklist:

🔥 Test your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and replace batteries if needed.

🌱 Give your lawn a little love with the appropriate fall fertilizer to help keep it healthy and green.

🪟 Clean and vacuum curtains, blinds, and window treatments. You might be surprised how much dust likes to hide there!

❄️ Check your HVAC system and change the filter if needed. In Florida, our A/C still has plenty of work ahead of it.

🚪 Inspect the weatherstripping around windows and doors. Replacing worn or damaged areas can help keep the cool air in and the hot, humid air out.

And because we’re in Florida… September may say “fall” on the calendar, but our A/C and lawns know better! ☀️🌴

A little preventative maintenance now can save you time, money, and aggravation later.

To say this transaction kept me on my toes would be an understatement! Through no fault of my buyer, we hit more than a few bumps in the road getting to the closing table. Happy 4th of July, America! 🇺🇸

It's hard to believe our country is celebrating 250 years today. No matter how you're spending the day—whether it's at the beach, grilling with family, watching fireworks, or just enjoying a day off—I hope it's filled with good memories and great company.
