Looking for someone to work part time, 4 days a week, in the museum. One day helping to start cars, so has to be mechanically inclined. The other 3 days predominately at the receptionist desk, greeting guests.

It’s a super easy laid back job, Sunday 11-6, and mon-wed 9-6. Museum is in N Ft Worth at 2550 McMillan Pkwy, 76137.

LIVING BEYOND BREAST CANCER

Living Beyond Breast Cancer offers a financial assistance program to serve the national breast cancer community through one-time grants meant to help decrease financial burden.

This program provides:

- Financial assistance

The grant can be used for living expenses only. Funding can be used for:

- Rent
- Mortgage
- Utilities (such as gas, electric, heating oil, water, phone, internet or cable)
- Car payment
- Car insurance

Applications will be accepted every other month on the third Wednesday (January, March, May, July, September, and November). Please visit the website for more information about fund availability.

PET OWNERS:

The Pet Assistance & Wellness (PAW) Program assist people undergoing cancer treatment with the challenges of keeping their cat or dog at home.

This FREE program provides:

- Education focused on caring for your pets throughout your cancer journey.
- CancerCare’s case management, counseling and support groups, all free-of-charge.
- Limited financial assistance to qualified individuals who are in active cancer treatment and share their home with a cat or a dog

Financial assistance can be provided for the following:

- Pet food
- Pet walking / sitting and other pet caregiving services
- Pet boarding fees
- Veterinarian expenses including vaccinations and appointment fees
- Flea, tick and heartworm prevention medications
- Lab fees

We believe that every student, regardless of their background, should have access to the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of personal finance, entrepreneurship, and career development. At Seeds of Fortune Inc., we recognize the unique challenges faced by students of color in building financial security and creating generational wealth. We strive to equip these students, particularly youth and young adults, with the skills and confidence needed to overcome systemic barriers and achieve economic independence. By fostering financial literacy within marginalized communities, we aim to inspire a sense of empowerment, promote upward mobility, and break the cycle of financial inequality.

SERVICES:
Our Seed Online College Prep Network provides 11-12th graders an exclusive network and tools for affordable college options and financial literacy in an intensive online preparatory process with exemplary career opportunities.

COLLEGE PREP LEADERSHIP PROGRAM - HOSTED AT COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY (College Prep)
College Prep Leadership is a 6-month program that offers competitive college prep with the goal of helping HS students create strong college applications and funding tools for college.

YALE ECONOMICS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (College Prep)
It is a 10-month program for HS rising seniors to gain college access support and deliver an Economics capstone project at Yale University. 30 Scholars are selected to participate in this opportunity including Fall and Spring Workshops.

INNOVATION CAREER & VENTURE FELLOWSHIP (Career Training)
The Innovation Career & Venture Fellowship is a year-long hands-on experience where HS Juniors explore college and careers in healthcare, law, entrepreneurship, or energy and sustainability, while using AI to develop and pitch their own innovative business solutions to Fortune 500 companies to impact their communities.

How does INNOVATION CAREER & VENTURE FELLOWSHIP Work?
Career Track:
Career Fellows will create hybrid consultant groups with a partner corporation headquartered in NYC for 10 weeks in the spring/summer of their HS Junior year. The winning consultant team will have the chance to win up to $1000 in prizes.
As HS Seniors, participants attend monthly mandatory virtual seminars with 1:1 support, admissions speakers, scholarship guidance, and in-person interview prep from the Fall to Spring semester.

Venture Track:
Venture Fellows will launch their own business ideas into investor-ready pitches for 10 weeks in the spring/summer of their HS junior year. Finalist will pitch in Miami, FL (all expenses paid) for the chance to win up to $3000 in funding toward their business or as a scholarship for a business or entrepreneurship degree.
As HS Seniors, participants attend monthly mandatory virtual seminars with 1:1 support, admissions speakers, scholarship guidance, and in-person interview prep from the Fall to Spring semester.

Fellows Visit NYU
Innovation Career and Venture Seeds of Fortune Inc. Scholars will have a full-day Admissions Visit to NYU to learn about their college application process and special scholarship opportunities.
