Shivani is extremely passionate and dedicated to her profession. Having established her own roots in a country new to her, she understands how important a role a house plays in building a family. Her training as a software developer is a big asset working with the clients from the technology industry in the bay area. Shivani's extensive knowledge of the local markets helps her effectively market in a diverse marketplace, earning her repeat business and numerous referrals from her past clients. Shivani Yadav, a bay area resident for the over 19 years, was born and brought up in India. A computer science and economics major from the prestigious Delhi University, Shivani worked as a software developer initially for a few years. After coming to the bay area Shivani realized that she has a unique background to serve as a real estate professional in the vibrant, multi-national, technological hub of the world.
