For a while, I think a lot of us forgot what social media was supposed to be.

A place to share life. The big moments. The ordinary moments. The things that made us laugh, cry, grow, or simply pause long enough to appreciate them.

Lately, I’ve been reminding myself that not every post needs to perform.

Some are just for me.

A snapshot of the season we’re in. The kids at these ages. The life we’re building. The community we’re serving. The adventures, the chaos, the milestones, and the memories that will one day feel far away.

If it resonates with someone, that’s wonderful.

But if not, I’m still glad I captured it. 🤍

May recap. 🤍 This month was FULL in all the best ways.

Field trips with the kids. Sports every day. Community events around Kingston + the South Shore. Adventures with family. Homes under contract. Closings complete. Families served. New memories made.

We even closed on one of our own investment properties this month, a full-circle moment nearly 10 years in the making.

A little real estate. A little motherhood. A little entrepreneurship. A lot of gratitude.

WOW. What a turnout for our very first FREE Community Yard Sale + Swap 🫶

Thank you to every single person who showed up, donated, swapped, connected, helped, and made today feel so special. Seeing neighbors help neighbors exactly the way I imagined was honestly the best part.

And yes… this will DEFINITELY become an annual event 👏

But don’t go anywhere... we announced today we have more FREE community events coming to the area soon. Make sure you stick around and follow along for details!

Home inspections can feel overwhelming FAST.

Especially after seeing homes with hidden issues or deals that didn’t work out before this one.

While the inspector focuses on the house, my team and I focus on our people. Priority #1 being the comfort and calm to the inevitable overwhelm so buyers can digest the information properly. Ready to explain things clearly, take notes, answer questions, and help buyers understand what’s normal vs what’s truly concerning.
