The messages I love most from clients aren't always the ones about buying or selling. They're the "who's your roofer?" texts. The "can you resend me that plumber's number?" texts. The "we finally checked out that restaurant you mentioned — it was perfect" texts.

When I finally sold my gym and dove into real estate full time, my biggest hesitation was losing those relationships. I was worried my job would end at the closing table, and that real estate wouldn't provide the same connections that the fitness world did.

I was wrong.

The relationship is the actual product - the transaction is just how it starts.
When former clients text me two, three, five years later for a contractor recommendation or just to say they love the neighborhood I helped them find, that's the real measure of the work. It means I did my job right the first time, and it means I get to stay part of their journey.

That's the version of this business I'm proud to be in.
