Can't say I'll ever forget this one! We joked that they would finally find the right house once I went into labor... and that's pretty much exactly what happened.

◦ Showed the house at 6pm Tuesday
◦ Submitted the offer at 8:30pm
◦ Gave birth at 10:30am Wednesday 😆
◦ Took a phone call in the hospital at 2pm saying their offer was accepted! 🎉

This past weekend we celebrated my daughter's 1st birthday! 🥹🎉 Some of you may know her as my real estate assistant, Charlotte. 😄 Here she is pictured crawling the halls of Pleasant View Realty, where I've been lucky enough to bring her with me when needed over the last year. She's also been to more showings, walk-throughs, and closings than I can count!

As my husband and I prepare to welcome our second child any day/week now... I've found myself reflecting on how fortunate I am, and wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the support you've shown me over the years. Because of your trust, referrals, and continued support, I've been able to build a business that allows me to do two things I love most: help families with one of the biggest decisions of their lives while also being a stay-at-home mom to my children. That is a gift I never take for granted, and it's one that wouldn't be possible without you.

It hasn't always been easy. With no family nearby and, until very recently, no babysitter, there have been plenty of days spent juggling motherhood and real estate. But I've always been incredibly grateful for the flexibility this career provides and for the kindness and understanding my clients have shown along the way. As we prepare for baby #2, I'm so thankful we've finally found wonderful babysitters who can help with the unpredictable schedule that comes with real estate.

As my family grows, my dedication to helping my clients buy and sell with confidence remains exactly the same. While I'll be taking a couple of weeks away from in-person appointments after the baby arrives, I'll still be fully available for questions/inquiries by phone/text/email, and I'll have trusted colleagues ready to assist with anything that requires me to be there in person.
