Oh yeah, this one is under contract! 🏡🎉

Congrats to my first-time homebuyers on securing this home! Talk about being in the right place at the right time.

They weren’t even strongly considering looking for a home, but when this one came on the market, they said, “We might as well look.”

Which turned into “We’re contacting the bank tomorrow.”

Then came “Let’s make an offer.”

And finally, a call from me saying… “CONGRATS! It’s accepted!” 🎉

Just like that, we’re officially under contract!

Closing day, here we come! I know they’re excited, and honestly, that’s the best part. Getting to watch first-time buyers go from “maybe we should look” to “we’re buying a house!” is pretty awesome.
