A few things I’ll always say are worth spending a little more on. 🤎

Good listing photos, beautiful lighting, a well-kept yard, an organized closet… and a location you truly love.

Some things just make a home feel better — and those are the things I think are worth it. 🏡

Today, I’m remembering the lives lost, the families who continue to carry that loss, and the brave men and women who showed extraordinary courage that day.

These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do. 🤍

Helping someone buy their first home is such a special experience. There’s a lot that goes into it - the excitement, the questions, the negotiations, the inspections, the appraisal, and all the little things in between.

Getting to be there through all of it, and then finding an incredible off-market opportunity along the way, made this one especially memorable.

I’m so thankful for the trust that was placed in me and for these incredibly kind words. Being someone you can count on during such an important chapter is something I’ll never take for granted.

So grateful I got to be part of this one. 🏡🤍

I can’t help it… when you spend enough time in real estate, you start noticing the details everywhere you go. The curb appeal, the landscaping, the front doors, the “I wonder what that one sold for?” thoughts… all of it. 😂

September always feels like a good time to pause, reset, and get intentional about what matters most. 🤍

For me, that looks like making more room for God’s Word, being thoughtful about where I’m taking my team and business, giving my time where I can, and making sure I’m taking care of myself along the way.

And yes… making more time for the girls. 😉💕

A reset doesn’t have to mean starting over. Sometimes it’s just getting back to what matters.
