This milestone means a lot to me. ❤️

This year, I reached my cap earlier than ever before in my real estate career, and it's a reminder that none of this happens alone. Every client who trusted me, every referral sent my way, every family I've had the privilege of helping buy or sell a home has been part of this journey.

I'm incredibly grateful for the relationships I've built, the support I've received, and the opportunity to do work I genuinely love every day.

What a weekend! 🎉

Two offers accepted, two very happy sets of buyers, and a reminder that real estate is rarely just about writing an offer.

🏡 Buyer #1 is officially under contract on a beautiful family home in Chelsea! We first toured this home last weekend and submitted an offer, only to be outbid by an overzealous buyer. When that buyer unexpectedly walked away, we were ready. Through constant communication with the listing agent, creative terms, and a strategy that kept us in the conversation, we were able to swoop in and secure the home for my clients. They're relocating to the area to be closer to both of their jobs and are excited to enjoy everything Chelsea has to offer.

🏡 Buyer #2 recently sold their home and was searching for the perfect downsizing opportunity in Northville. Since they were out of town when the condo hit the market, I previewed it during the open house on their behalf. The next day, they saw it for themselves and knew it was the one. We submitted a strong offer, and I'm thrilled to say it was accepted over multiple competing offers!

Moments like these remind me that success in this market comes from preparation, communication, persistence, and knowing when to act quickly.

Now I'm off to check on the status of TWO more offers I wrote this weekend... 🤞
