Together, we worked toward a first for this building: a purchase financed by a U.S. bank.

There were delays, unanswered questions, and moments when closing felt far from certain. Having a buyer who understood the lending side firsthand made this a very different experience. We each brought our expertise and kept working through the obstacles.

And we got there.

I’m proud of this one. For the teamwork, the persistence, and the possibility that this breakthrough could open a door for future buyers.

We had the neighborhood picked out. Easy.
Finding the actual house? That was the interesting part. 😊

Last year, I helped this family find a rental in Heron Bay. This year, they came back ready to buy.

And we had a list. Classic architecture, two stories, a lake view, a pool… plus a layout that actually worked for their family. Only a few models in Heron Bay fit that part, so we couldn’t just go see every pretty house with a For Sale sign.

You can change the paint. Moving a staircase is a slightly bigger conversation. 😂

But I understood them. You’re spending a lot of money, and you’re going to live there every day. You should be able to be particular.

So we searched. We found it. Then came inspections, paperwork, and all the work between “we love this house” and “it’s ours.”

And finally, there we were. Papers signed. Flowers in hand. Their own front door.

That’s when I start imagining them coming home after a long day, kicking off their shoes, putting something in the fridge. Just living. In the house we spent all that time looking for.

Later, they updated their review and wrote, “I can confidently say I underestimated her.”

Well… now you know how seriously I take a wish list. 😊

Tonight at PGA National, the rain made me stop and just breathe. Wet earth, trees, that incredible freshness in the air. 🌿

When Palm Beach Gardens was being developed, John D. MacArthur wanted builders to work around the old trees. Something about that touches me—making room for what G-d had already planted.

This place is famous for golf, but tonight I barely thought about that. I just felt grateful that someone had understood the value of leaving things to grow.

Sometimes I look back at the people I’ve met and think… only G-d could have put this puzzle together. 🧩

One introduction leads to a friendship. One conversation opens a door. Someone believes in you before you feel ready. Someone else teaches you a lesson you needed, even if you didn’t understand it at the time.

And slowly, you start seeing the picture. How these people helped shape your choices, your work, and the person you’re becoming.

I see that in my life and in my business. Behind every milestone are people who trusted me, guided me, or simply remembered my name when an opportunity came along.

This pending means another piece is falling into place. And today, I’m feeling grateful for the people behind it. 🤍

I look at this picture and think… when did my little girl get so big? 🥹 baby that used to be my stroller buddy and now we’re going to Bruno Mars together.

You see a lot of my work here. Real estate, construction, always something going on. But there’s also this part of my life. Getting dressed up with Isa and spending an evening together, just us.

I’m still figuring out how to fit everything I want into my life. My business, my family, some time for myself. I don’t always get the balance right, but I know I want more of this.

There’s a part of real estate I’ve started seeing very differently.

We talk so much about finding the right house for a buyer.

But sometimes, it feels like the house finds them.

I recently sold another home in Heron Bay and helped my buyers move into the community I know so well. We looked at properties, compared numbers, talked about renovations, lifestyle, value — all the things I’m supposed to analyze.

And then there was the one.

You could feel the decision before anyone actually said it.

That transaction reminded me that maybe my job isn’t simply to sell houses.

It’s to be a matchmaker between people and the places where the next chapter of their lives is going to happen.

To understand the person well enough to recognize their home — sometimes before they recognize it themselves.

That changes the entire perspective of what I do.

The buyer chooses the house.
But every once in a while, the house chooses the buyer.

The happiest moments of my life have somehow always been connected to the mountains and the sea.

When I was little, I spent one summer in a small ranger village in the Caucasus.
It was one of those times when the world felt endless, and happiness felt incredibly simple.

I remember the tall grass almost reaching my waist, the smell of sun-warmed earth, the mountain air that made you feel alive, and the endless sky where dandelions seemed to dance together with the clouds.

There were no phones, no social media, no constant rush to prove anything to anyone.
There was just life. Real life.

And maybe that’s why I’ve always been drawn to the sea and the mountains ever since.
Those are the places where I always find myself again — not the Realtor, not the builder, not the woman who has to stay strong for everyone else…
But that little girl who looked at the world with wide-open eyes and believed life could be beautiful.

And over time, I realized something:
real luxury is not about things.
It’s the feeling of freedom and peace within yourself. 🤍
