Moving from one state to another is A LOT! Especially when plan A falls apart. For this family that is exactly what happened. But what feels like a sudden drop in attitude for my customer is just another days work for me. It is all ok! No problem! Let me find you a similar house with just as good as a view, negotiate one hell of a deal, make sure you payment is manageable, fight an appraisal, coordinate all the thing while you never step foot in this state again! Yup, I got you boo!!
With the help of an amazing listing agent and extraordinary Transaction Coordinator- we went from contract to close in 17 days!! And today 2 weeks after closing this family got to see their new home in person! Congratulations to the Bosel/Noll family. It has been a fun!

Some see a closing; I see a story! Life happens and that is why I sell real estate.
Help me wish these 2 congratulations and good luck on their next adventure! They came to me 3 years ago as first time homebuyers, newly engaged and just starting. We found the ‘one’! Then came their wedding, baby and life! As they grew their careers and family so did their dreams! We just closed on the sale of that first house. And they bought a bigger home in a different state with new dreams and direction. It was my pleasure to help them both times and I am proud to call them friends now too! Good luck and best wishes!

The price is right- or it’s not selling! Your agent isn’t lying to you! Not enough showings? No offers? Agent told you that your ask price was a reach- it probably was and the market is telling you so! So now your agent has told you, I have told you and the market is tell you… umm, pay attention 😊 BTW agents are usually paid on a percentage and only when it closes. We are not trying to sabotage your listing!
