A New Way to Get a First Look at Homes! 🏠
There’s a new listing option available to sellers called First Look, and we are excited about what this can offer both sellers and buyers!
So, what is First Look?
First Look is an optional pre-Active listing status that can be used for up to 21 days while a home is being prepared for the market or early marketing is underway.
For sellers, this can mean getting a head start on exposure while you’re finishing those last-minute projects, cleaning, landscaping, staging, or preparing the home for professional photos.
For buyers, it gives you an opportunity to see what’s coming to the market before the home officially goes Active.
The goal? More exposure, more preparation, and more opportunities to connect the right buyers with the right homes. 🏠✨
As with any listing strategy, First Look won’t be the right fit for every property, but it’s another option we can consider when building a marketing plan around your specific home and timeline.
