When you grow up in the country, watch the hay being baled every year, end up on the tractor with PawPaw to feed the cows, hunt it, grow animals from it - that never leaves you. As an adult you get to know it better: The easements, the soil, farmers, crop seasons, developers, city by laws, county ordinances, pipelines, you name it! Then you're trusted to sell it, and become even more grateful for what you know.
