Another success, another happy client, and another dream fulfilled! 🏡❤️

This career has taught me so much about patience, how to navigate the process, and how to handle challenges and obstacles with calmness and a clear mind.

I’ve been working with this buyer for almost eight months. We submitted our first offer on a home, but we discovered some issues with the property and decided to walk away. Thank God we did!

Then, as fate would have it, we found this house, and she told me, “This is the one I want!”

I could truly feel that this home was exactly what she had been looking for. It matched her vision, her goals, and her dream.

A pre-approval is one of the first steps you should take before shopping for a home.

Your lender reviews your income, credit, debts, assets, and financial documents to determine approximately how much you may qualify to borrow.

Why is it important?
