Just SOLD in Beaverton 🏡 This one was a really special win for our buyers. We didn’t just get them into a great home, we made sure the terms actually set them up well long term. We negotiated a brand new roof and got the sellers to pay off the solar panels completely, which is a huge financial advantage going into ownership.
