Buying a home is a lot like watching a movie... just when you think you’ve figured out the ending, there’s always one last plot twist. 🎬🏡
This transaction was smooth from day one. I met my buyer through mutual friends, he was incredibly easygoing, and the listing agent and I even joked that this might be the easiest deal we’d see all year. To top it off, this was the fastest conventional loan I’ve ever seen make it to a Clear to Close—less than two weeks! Huge shoutout to Jake Kallgren with X5 Mortgage for making that happen. 👏
Then came the final walkthrough...
