3 years of BPRE. 🥂

We go against the grain. Maximizing the license across commercial, residential, and property management isn’t the "standard" path: it’s our path.

1.5 years ago, I stepped in full-time. No safety net. No rules. Just pure independent hustle. It’s been the most rewarding ride.

I might need to write a "Do’s and Don’ts" book on opening a brokerage. 🥹
