I love Shelly. She is the owner manager of Twin Scissors in Poway. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful experienced, well traveled, amazing hairdresser. A great question I always get as a Realtor. Since my crystal ball 🔮 is cloudy right now, lets talk about what I do know. Inventory is still at extremely low levels, mortgage interest rates are still at all time lows, and sellers have more equity than in the history of home ownership. So I would not hold your breath for a market crash anytime soon. However, we are currently seeing a cooling effect ❄️with fewer bidding wars which means buyers have an opportunity to get their offer accepted. Although the market may be cooling, sellers can still take advantage of the massive appreciation they've gained in 2021. 📈 If you want more of my input, lets meet for coffee!☕️ I'm buying!
