After graduating from Poway High School, they both pursued their Bachelors at the University of Santa Barbara, Ca. After graduation, they ended up pursuing careers as teachers in the Poway Unified School District. After much consideration, they made the choice to leave teaching. Starting their own Real Estate and Loan business in 2002, Marcos and Rick joined forces with long time family friend, Gr
eg Reden and opened Priority Estates Realty and Priority Financial Group. They have grown their business every year since its inception. They specialize in residential sales and acquisitions throughout Southern California and residential purchase and refinance loans throughout the entire state of California. What differentiates them from their peers is their vast understanding of all angles of a real estate transaction due to their ability to successfully perform both real estate and lending services. They run a business that has been nearly 100% organically grown through friends, family and social sphere and is founded on providing excellent service second to none. Any client or potential client is always invited to “call or contact any of their former clients to discuss their experience” working with Rick or Marcos at any of their initial appointments. Lastly, they have grown their business to include multiple Realtors whom they mentor, manage and train. What Marcos and Rick pride themselves on as much as their business is the fact that they have dedicated themselves to giving back to the community that they have called home their entire lives. Between the two of them they have coached over 15 local youth soccer and baseball teams, created and instructed an elementary school fishing program and donated thousands of dollars to local schools via ipads, sponsorships and cash donations. Their business has given them the opportunity to give back to local schools, as well as local private organizations. The bottom line is there is a great joy that comes from helping someone find their dream home. Equally important to them is helping a borrower structure their financing or helping lower their payments through a refinance. Because Marcos and Rick have an uncanny knowledge of Southern California and the everchanging real estate and lending climate, they are able to give their clients a tailored buying and/or selling experience.
