Although there’s been no real improvement in home sales activity this summer, prices remain resilient. We saw an increase in price in June for single-family detached homes, followed by a slight increase in July for condos and town homes.

Housing conditions continue to vary. If you’re selling a single family detached home— it's technically a seller’s market. However; with affordability still being a challenge, buyers are being leaning more towards condos and townhomes since there is more leverage in this segment.
