Real estate has been BUSY lately, and I’m so grateful. 🩵
Just this week, I’ve been running to showings in Rangeley and Lewiston, went under contract on the beautiful farm at 71 Turmel Road in Jay on Monday and on the same day, closed on a very special property, my best friends’ camp at 9 Mikes Lane on North Pond in Smithfield.
I had the absolute honor of helping Caleb & Heidi Elvin Dunn sell a place that holds so many memories for them. I drove to Belfast to sit beside them at the closing table, and I honestly wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else.
There really is no greater compliment to me as a Realtor than having people you love and care about trust you with something so important.
When your friends choose YOU to walk beside them through one of the biggest decisions, that’s something I will never take for granted. Their camp was such a sweet place, and being part of this with them has meant more to me than they probably realize. 🥹🩵
