51st ANNUAL WATSON LAKE CAR SHOW
June 13th and 14th 8am to 2pm
Hosted by Prescott Antique Auto Club
Held at Watson Lake Park

There will be a car show both days where you can see up to 200 show cars, trucks, restored, customized and special interest vehicles, from 1914 to 2001. On Sunday we will have special classes for VWs and first reponders. We give out approximately 40 handcrafted trophies over the two days. These trophies are made by our members and are one of a kind. There will be a car corral area with cars for sale.
raffle prize drawings both days with some very special items. Be sure and enjoy our selection of food and beverage venders at this year’s show also.

THE BRITISH INVASION CONCERT
At the Elk's Theatre in Downtown Prescott
Saturday, June 6th at 7pm

We all know the Beatles changed the game when it comes to rock and roll- but let’s not forget all the other great bands who swept onto our shores from across the pond! There was a shift in the musical culture in the mid-1960s when mop-topped rockers from across the Atlantic began to rule the airwaves. Saluting hit-makers such as Herman’s Hermits, The Animals, The Rolling Stones, the Dave Clark Five, and many more- this is one invasion you won’t want to resist!

HANDEL'S HOMEMADE ICE CREAM

This is one of my favorite Ice Cream Stores. I have been to them across the nation. From West Virginia to California. They have a wide variety of delicious flavors.
It’s exciting to finally see something new coming to Prescott that isn’t another Mexican restaurant or coffee shop. 🍦
Coming this summer, Handle’s Homemade Ice Cream will be bringing their famous fresh-made ice cream to town, and a lot of us are looking forward to having another great dessert option in the community.
From classic favorites to creative flavors, this is going to be a sweet addition to Prescott’s food scene. Summer and homemade ice cream sound like a perfect match. 🍨

FRONTIER CHRISTMAS AT SHARLOT HALL MUSEUM
Saturday, December 6th
On Gurley in Downtown Prescott

Frontier Christmas is an evening of classic holiday merrymaking at the Sharlot Hall Museum, immediately following the Courthouse Lighting Ceremony. Stop by 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. for cookies, cider, crafts, and fun.

Luminarias line the Museum walkways as visitors meander from building to building, visiting with Living History interpreters, meeting Father Christmas, or trying their hand at Victorian-inspired crafts. Families can print their own holiday greeting cards on an 1865 printing press in the Print Shop, or learn an early Prescott school lesson (complete with slates and slate pencils) in the Schoolhouse. Wafting scents from the Ranch House hint at cookies baking and the Governor’s Mansion tree sparkles with nostalgia in its vintage trimmings.

Father Christmas will visit the Museum campus in person to usher in the holiday spirit throughout the evening. Kids (young and old) are invited to make a variety of Christmas crafts to take home, and everyone can enjoy a warm pour of cider and a cookie. The Museum Store stands ready to complete gift lists with thoughtfully-curated items from local artisans.
