My mother’s North Riverdale co-op, Apartment 2E, is officially live!

Even Realtors need to properly prepare and present a home for sale — and assembling the right team to get to the “go-live” date was incredibly important.

This has been a seven-month journey: first emptying the apartment, then deciding what needed to be done, assembling the team, and finally watching the transformation come together. Cristian Garro of **5&7 Contracting** did a fantastic job making the apartment sparkle.

I am also very grateful to **Julie Gaynor of Brown Harris Stevens in Riverdale**, not only for bringing the property to market, but for welcoming my input and allowing me to be very involved in both the property description and staging direction. It has truly been a collaborative effort.

After five years, the wait was worth it! The reopening of the Princeton University Art Museum is another reason why living in Princeton is so special — where art, culture, and community come together in the most inspiring ways.
We visited twice during opening week and were blown away by the design and collection. Can’t wait to return for a docent-led deep dive into the galleries. 🎨
