The house I’d buy if...

Funny enough… I don’t think I ever officially shared this here 🥹💍

Two years ago today, after dating for over 10 years… Marquise FINALLY made it official and we got married 😂

We didn’t have a big wedding or huge ceremony. Instead, we kept it simple — my sister officiated and we got married over breakfast at First Watch (which has always been one of our favorite places). Now every time we go back, we joke that we’re headed to our wedding venue ☕️😂

Over the last 12 years together, we’ve built so much more than I ever imagined… two beautiful kids, so many memories, and a life together that I’m really proud of.

And honestly… no big anniversary celebration today either because life 🫶 You’re working all day, we’ve got Cierra’s gymnastics class tonight, chiropractor appointments squeezed in, and a normal Wednesday ahead of us. But I think that’s kind of fitting because that’s what our relationship has always been.. building a life together in the middle of all the everyday moments.

Marriage didn’t suddenly change everything… it just made official what we already knew — that we wanted to keep choosing each other through all of life’s seasons.

And one day, my dream is that for our 10-year wedding anniversary we’ll finally do the big wedding celebration in Hawaii 🌺✨ So only… 8 more years to go.

Happy 2 years married + 12 years together!
