I'm from a family of hard workers and self-motivated entrepreneurs. Raised in Elizabethtown,Ky., my parents had a business in Lexington, Ky. and I graduated from Eastern Kentucky Universi

ty with a BA degree in Business in 1976. While in college I had a business professor who took a group of us students and made it possible for us to study and get our real estate license in 1975. Bodley for all your faith in a few of us rowdy, but energetic students (as he would call us and then just smile). I got married in 1980 and had 2 beautiful sons, Kenny Ray and Sean, I owned part of a trucking company, truck dealership and trailer business. I got a divorce in 2008 and started selling real estate. I never worked so hard and had more fun as I did in this wonderful career. I could not sleep, for being so excited about the next early morning for all the new listings, my contacts, showings and sales (residential and commercial). I lived in Lexington from 1976 until I moved to Punta Gorda on July 15th 2012. I married Paul Cleaver in May of 2012, his job as General Manager of Palm Auto Mall is the key that brought us to Punta Gorgeous - Yes this is Paradise. We are raising his daughter Julianne and Neal, our pride and joy. Our children Duke (140 lb.black lab) and Bentley (5.5 lb .papillon) love it down here. My husband and I love boating, golfing and travel when we can. We bought our home here from Five Star Realty thru Cathy Sanders, she and I got to know one another. Her friendship and encouragement sent me off on the road to study and get my broker's license. I'm mighty proud to hang my shingle here. Arthur Ruttenberg Homes and Sand Star Remodeling are housed here too. They have been building in Charlotte County since 1981.
