Under our SandStar Home Watch+ Program, our expert handyman will perform scheduled inspections of your property while you are away. These inspections include a basic check of the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as an assessment of the home and property's overall condition and any obvious issues, such as leaks, pests, and mold.

But we’re more than a regular home watch service. Here’s how:
✔️ In addition to the inspection, our handyman will perform any routine home maintenance tasks you would like completed to keep your home in tip-top shape.
✔️ The frequency of the inspections can be fully customized to suit your needs, whether bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, etc.
✔️ Instead of only being informed of any issues found during the inspection and left to take the appropriate actions or find additional help, if it can be repaired/replaced by our handyman, it will be taken care of.
