Not every closing is just a closing 🏡🤍

A few weeks ago, my boys were out here hauling bags of mulch in the Florida heat helping get this property ready for market. Today, we handed Bill the SOLD key.

This one reminded me why I love what I do.

Alicia and her siblings trusted us to help their dad through a major life transition while coordinating so much from afar. There were a lot of moving pieces, inspections, repairs, paperwork, phone calls, and problem solving along the way, but everyone came together to make it happen.

One of my favorite moments was putting together a little plant basket for Bill today 🌿 New beginnings felt fitting for this chapter.

So thankful for this sweet family, the trust they placed in us, and getting to walk alongside them through this season.

Praying God blesses whatever comes next for Bill and his family 💕

Seriously, one of the most FUN closings we’ve had in a long time 😭🙌

These two sweet first time homebuyers officially bought their VERY first home and we could not be happier for them. From the moment they walked through the door, you could just feel it. This was the one.

And honestly? They got SUCH a phenomenal deal 👏 Almost all of their closing costs covered, a beautiful newer construction home with gorgeous finishes, and they’re just minutes from Boca Grande, marinas, fishing spots, and the Florida lifestyle they love so much 🐟☀️🚤

Watching buyers go from “maybe someday” to “WE OWN A HOUSE” will never get old.

Absolute bonus points to Tripp & Lindsay for being SUCH good sports with all the signs, photos, confetti poppers, and celebration chaos 😂🎉 We laughed so hard through this closing.

The best part of this business will always be the people. Their excitement was contagious and we’re so honored they trusted us with such a huge milestone.

Today we officially SOLD and closed on this BEAUTIFUL home inside Boca Royale Golf & Country Club at Wellen Park, and I truly could not be happier for Bruce & Kay. From our very first conversation, it was clear how much love, care, and pride they poured into this home. Every detail was thoughtful. Every space was immaculate. And somehow… they still managed to be some of the kindest, most gracious people throughout the entire process (with some smarty pants comments from Bruce from time to time)🤪

This one had all the luxury vibes ✨

And now… a brand new chapter ahead.
