Football and Cheer help kids build confidence, friendships, discipline, teamwork, leadership skills, and a strong work ethic all while staying active and having fun. Sales of newly built homes saw a bump in February and March as builders cut prices to attract buyers who have been skittish in a high mortgage rate environment. The median price of a new home in March fell to $387,000, which is 6.2% below where it was just one year ago.
