Lately, we’ve been getting more and more calls from sellers who are simply not happy with what’s happening with their home sale.

One seller recently told us something that honestly stuck with us. They said they had to take their own photos of certain areas of their home because their agent didn’t take the time to capture them or make sure they were done right. That shouldn’t happen.

We’ve also been hearing about agents not wanting to host open houses.
Here’s the reality…

We hosted the open house on our newest listing and two buyers came through and ended up writing offers. And get this they came without their agents because they “didn’t want to bother them.”
