Seeing the community decision, the dirt selection and the design choices all come together is pretty amazing !

I met B & O last November when they thought they wanted to stay in Cary where they rented after relocating to Raleigh. After a few months of touring different neighborhoods outside of Cary they stumbled on this amazing new construction community in Knightdale by Taylor Morrison.

Fast forward 7 months and they had a brand new house built with the design options they chose.

They are so thrilled with their new home and I’m looking forward to seeing them settle in when I visit them this month. 🏡
