So it’s not the fanciest but spent a few hours to try to get this backspace a tad nicer. Anyone looking for a 3 bed townhome under $275? Hit me up! I’ll likely bring some chairs over but what do you think of artificial grass? HOA doesn’t trim inside fences so this was a great solution IMO. Thoughts?

No joke!!! Agent in Florida calls a few high producing top rated agents…I’m the only one who answered the phone 😳

Her clients and I connect and hit it off. They come up for 3 days….hubby picks 35 homes he wants to see 🤯
