Before you assign a repair, painting job, renovation, or turnover work order, make sure your Property Manager or vendor is properly RRP certified.

A small repair can quickly become a big liability problem. I learned this from NARPM and Monica Gilroy. If you get in trouble with the EPA, reach out to The Gilroy Firm in Atlanta.

This is one of those behind-the-scenes property management details that can’t be ignored.

Check the property age.
Check the scope of work.
Check the LBP RRP certification.
Save the documentation.

Because “I thought they were certified” is not a process!
