At this point, my daily walks have basically become my mobile real estate office. 🚶‍♀️📱🏡

Somewhere between “getting my steps in” and “working on self care,” I’m usually:
• talking through inspections 📝
• scheduling showings 📅
• discussing offers 🗣️👂
• answering lender questions❓
• calming nerves 🤗
• celebrating wins 🙌
…and occasionally realizing I’ve walked the same loop three times because I was deep in a client conversation. 😂

One thing real estate has taught me is flexibility. The job rarely fits neatly into a 9–5 box, and honestly, neither do people’s lives. Clients need guidance when they need it — sometimes from my desk, sometimes from my car, and apparently very often while I’m power walking through the neighborhood. 😅

Balancing availability with self care is still a work in progress, but I’ve learned that sometimes the best way to “go with the flow” is to literally keep moving while doing it. 💗

So if you ever pass me walking and passionately talking to myself… don’t worry. I’m probably negotiating a home purchase/listing 🏠or helping a buyer/seller strategize their next step. 😉
