Happy 250th Birthday, America! ❤️🤍💙

Two Hundred and FIFTY years. It is crazy when I think about all the men and women who fought for our Freedom to get us to where we are today.

The FREEDOM we have to celebrate days like today is something that I never want to take for granted. The flags I have flying (all over my yard:):) is such a reminder to me and my family of the freedoms so many have fought to protect.🇺🇸

Today I’m especially grateful for the brave men and women who have sacrificed so much, and those that still sacrifice and serve this country.

Thank you will never be enough.

What a GIFT it is to live in a country where I can enjoy the freedoms I have with my family, openly live out my faith, as well as have a job that I LOVE helping other families find a place to call HOME.❤️

As we watch the fireworks light up the sky tonight🎇, and make memories that will one day become stories our kids tell their kids, may we remember that Freedom has never been free.🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸

Here’s to 250 years of FREEDOM, Faith, Family, and HOPE...because without Hope, I am not sure where we would be.

I have to think that is what my Grandaddy was fighting for...Hope for a better future for his kids, and his great grandkids...that I will hug a little extra tighter today. Patriotic holidays always make me extra thankful for the freedoms we have and the country I am SO BLESSED to raise my babies in.

Every single day, there seems to be another headline about interest rates, inflation, or the housing market.

The biggest question I get right now from my clients is all centered around one thing. What’s the market look like…when is the BEST time to make a move, and where things are headed.

One of the main things I hear them say is that watching the news is overwhelming. They want to know if they should move now…or just wait it all out…so if you're feeling overwhelmed, you're not alone.

One of the things I love most about my job is helping people tune out the noise and focus on what ACTUALLY matters.

The headlines don't know your financial situation.
They don't know your family's goals.
They don't know YOUR families needs in a home or your timeline.
They don’t know that the house that is PERFECT for your family and is the forever home you have been waiting for JUST hit the market.

That's why I never tell someone to buy or sell based on a headline. I encourage them to make a decision based on their goals, their finances, and what's happening here in our local market.

Yes, mortgage rates will continue to move. The news will continue to change…and tomorrow will bring another round of headlines. No one knows what tomorrow’s headline will be.

But here's what I am 100% certain of...

People are still buying homes.
People are still selling homes.
