Our screening process includes credit and criminal background checks, income and identity verification, rental history, and more to ensure only the best applicants are approved.

Once all data has been collected and analyzed, our team will review the applications and follow-up on any items that may need further clarification on review. Our additional precautions are a direct correlation in our BELOW industry average eviction rate.
