**Please help with HOA reform by signing below**

An advocate for homeowners just won a second appeal over his HOA’s bad practices. He is trying to get his case published to become a precedent (didn’t realize this wasn’t automatic) so this can help ALL future HOA’s!!

This will help you and all people livibg in HOA’s. HOA’s can be great when properly ran, but when they aren’t…..you may quickly find out, the only way to make changes sometimes is a lawsuit, where you are essentially suing yourself (your own HOA). It’s absolutely ridiculous and we need change and reform in the HOA world. This is only one little case, but if it becomes of record maybe HOA boards will think twice about ignoring the rules set forth in the CCR’s.
