Our State Fair giveaway winner, Tina Nagel, officially put her prize to good use! 🎡🎟️

We loved receiving these pictures from her day at the State Fair of Texas and seeing the fun that came from this giveaway. Thank you again to everyone who entered, and congratulations, Tina! We hope you had the best time enjoying all the food, rides, games, and Fair favorites.

Now it’s our turn—the Proper HOA Management team will be heading to the Fair tomorrow for a little team fun! Stay tuned for plenty of pictures and, more than likely, entirely too much fried food. 🤠

🍎 Another AMAZING teacher, another unforgettable surprise! ❤️🎉

There is something so special about getting to recognize the teachers who give so much of themselves every single day. And if there’s one thing we’ve learned throughout our Proper Teacher Giveaway, it’s that there are some truly incredible educators in our communities!

🎉 Congratulations to Mrs. Adisyn O’Neil from Rockwall High School in Rockwall ISD 🎉

When we read through her nominations, it was clear just how much of an impact she has on her students.

Here’s what some of them had to say:

❤️ “Makes every student feel seen.”

❤️ “This teacher loves her students and wants them all to succeed.”

❤️ “Pours into her students everyday.”

❤️ “She is so dedicated to her students and is such an inspiration to them. I truly believe there is no one more deserving than Adisyn.”

And THAT is what being a Proper Teacher is all about!

It’s not just about teaching a subject. It’s about building confidence, creating connections, encouraging students, and making sure every single one of them knows they matter.

We had the absolute pleasure of surprising Mrs. O’Neil with a teacher appreciation basket and a $500 gift card to spend however she would like! 🎁

And y’all… these surprises NEVER get easier to get through without tearing up! 🥹❤️ Seeing how much these teachers are loved and appreciated is exactly why we do this.

Mrs. O’Neil, thank you for the heart you put into teaching and for making such a difference in the lives of your students. We hope this surprise made you feel even a fraction of the appreciation your students have for you!

Congratulations, Mrs. O’Neil! We are so proud to call you a Proper Teacher! 🍎❤️

🍎 Happy World Teachers’ Day! 🍎

At Proper HOA Management, supporting our communities means supporting the incredible people who help shape them — and teachers are a HUGE part of that. ❤️

Over the past few months, we’ve had the privilege of meeting some truly amazing educators through our Proper Teacher Giveaway. We’ve laughed, we’ve cried (seriously… there is never a dry eye in the house), and we’ve heard stories that remind us just how far teachers go beyond the classroom every single day.

Today, we’re celebrating all of our Proper Teachers and every educator who shows up, gives their heart, and makes a difference in the lives of their students.

To every teacher out there: we see you, we appreciate you, and we are so proud to support you.

Happy World Teachers’ Day from Proper HOA Management! 🍎❤️

There’s never a dry eye in the house when we get to do these. ❤️

We had the privilege of surprising Mrs. Darisse Williams at Frazier Elementary Burleson ISD in Burleson Independent School District with one of our Proper HOA Management Teacher Giveaway baskets — and her reaction reminded us exactly why we started doing this.

Mrs. Williams was so genuinely appreciative of her basket, but we’re even more grateful for teachers like her who quietly do things every day that may never make it into a lesson plan, an evaluation, or an award.

We were honored to surprise her with a basket and a $500 gift card to spend however she would like.

Congratulations, Mrs. Williams, and thank you for reminding us how much of an impact one caring teacher can make. ❤️

Girls just wanna have fun… and apparently win designer bags, too! 💕👜🥂

What an incredible time we had at Southfork Ranch for the Bubbles & Bags: Designer Purse Bingo!

Proper HOA Management was so proud to sponsor this amazing event benefiting the Children's Advocacy Center for Rockwall County. We love having the opportunity to show up, give back, and support organizations doing meaningful work throughout North Texas.

And we definitely had some fun while we were there! One of our Proper girls even yelled BINGO and went home with a new designer bag! 🎉👜

A huge thank you to everyone who worked behind the scenes to put together such a fun and successful event. We’re already looking forward to Bubbles & Bags next year!

And businesses—if you missed out this year and would like to sponsor Bubbles & Bags next year, reach out to us! We would be more than happy to help connect you with the right people. The more local businesses that get involved, the bigger the impact we can make together. 💗

Until next year, Bubbles & Bags! 🥂✨

At Proper HOA Management, supporting the communities we serve means so much more than just association management. It means showing up, giving back, and supporting organizations that make a meaningful difference right here in North Texas.

We’re looking forward to an incredible evening at Southfork Ranch filled with designer bags, bingo, bubbles, and—most importantly—a community coming together for a cause that means so much to us.

Proper is proud to serve communities throughout Rockwall, Dallas-Fort Worth, and North Texas, and even prouder to support the people and organizations working to make those communities stronger.
