We had the privilege of surprising Mrs. Nalls at Draper Intermediate School in Wylie ISD, the second of six winners in Proper HOA Management’s Teacher Basket Giveaway, with a teacher goodie basket and a $500 Visa gift card.

Mrs. Nalls was nominated for the passion, kindness, and dedication she brings to her classroom every day. She makes learning fun, always shows up for her students, and even opens her classroom early to give them a fun, safe place to spend time before school.

Our Backpack Giveaway was a huge success!

We are so grateful for the opportunity to provide backpacks filled with school supplies to students in our Proper communities. Seeing the excitement from so many children and families made this initiative incredibly special for our entire team.

Before the holiday, our team had the chance to celebrate the Fourth of July together with an office party filled with great food, laughs, and even better company.

At Proper HOA Management, we know that taking time to connect as a team is just as important as the work we do every day. The relationships we build within our office help us better serve the communities and Boards that trust us to manage their associations.
