He is also an active member of the Richmond and National Association of Realtors. Ideally, they would prefer the property to have at least 10,000 sf and a garage, but this is not a deal breaker if there’s significant upside in a desirable area in the next 3-4 years. They’re also looking to buy a single-family rental property as well.
