At The Oliver, keeping our community clean, comfortable, and pest-free requires cooperation from everyone. While we provide routine preventative pest-control service throughout the community, residents may also request service whenever pest activity is observed.

🚨 PEST CONTROL IS NOT OPTIONAL — IT IS MANDATORY. 🚨

Residents are required to cooperate with scheduled pest-control services, treatments, inspections, preparation requirements, and necessary follow-up visits. This is essential to help prevent pest activity from spreading and to protect the entire community.

🔎 See something? Report it immediately!

If you notice insects, rodents, or any other signs of pest activity in your apartment, please notify management as soon as possible. Do not wait for your next routine service. Early reporting gives us the opportunity to address concerns before they become larger issues.

Please remember to:

Report ALL pest sightings and activity promptly.
Keep your apartment clean and properly dispose of trash and food waste.
Follow all preparation instructions provided for treatment.
Provide access for scheduled pest-control inspections and treatments.
Complete any required follow-up treatments.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Additional or excessive pest-control costs may be charged back to the resident when permitted by the Lease Agreement and applicable law, including circumstances involving an unreasonable failure to report pest activity or resident-caused conditions that contribute to an infestation.

Our goal is prevention and maintaining the quality of living for the entire Oliver community. Please do not hesitate to report a concern—the earlier we know, the sooner we can address it.
