Our office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, in observance of Independence Day and will reopen on Monday, July 6th at 9:00 AM.

✔️ Rent payments can still be made online through your resident portal.
✔️ Payments by check or money order may be placed in our drop box at 44 Field St, Rear Bldg, Rochester, NY 14620.
✔️ For after-hours maintenance emergencies only (fire, leak, etc.), please call (585) 256-7368 ext. 4.
✔️ Non-emergency maintenance requests should be submitted through the tenant portal.
