Serenity House Network offers affordable, high-quality, fully-furnished homes and apartments and Christian support services exclusively for patients needing short-term or extended stay housing, within 10 minutes of Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. We specialize in providing housing for patients needing stem cell transplants, organ transplants, cancer treatments, the Pain Rehabilitation Center

and other extended medical treatments. Our rates ranges from $75-$114/night. Included in these rates are all utilities, high-speed wireless internet, cable TV,DVD, free local/long-distance US phone service, free parking and free laundry. We have a wide variety of housing options from a 1-bedroom efficiency apartment, to a 3-bedroom/2 bath private home, to a luxury condo across the street from Mayo Clinic with indoor pool and underground heated parking.

Dear Future Guests at Neighborhood Nook,

We immensely enjoyed our stay here at the Neighborhood Nook! Undergoing a Stem Cell Transplant comes with a lot of unknowns, good days & bad days. Having this home to come back to was a much needed blessing. It brought peace & serenity through the chaos. I remember the first night back from my hospital stay. I just smiled as I cozied up in bed. I hope this place becomes that for you, too.

My favorite thing to do was sit in the sunroom & watch all the animals, from squirrels, bunnies, cardinals & the like. It brought some much needed entertainment! The bunnies & squirrels often chase each other across the yard.

Everyone at Serenity House Network was wonderful to work with & friendly. It made everything so much easier, & one less thing to have to worry about when you have a home ready for you.

I am praying this home becomes a little sanctuary for you as you embark on your journey. Here’s a verse that helped me on the tough days:

Thank you for a place to stay the last six months. It was an excellent place to house all my different caregivers that were so faithful to me. The hospitality you showed to our entire family during our stay was wonderful. If we need an apartment to stay in again (and we probably will) you will be our first call!

We chose Annie’s House, the Doris apartment, because my granddaughter is named Annie and my mom was named Doris. It has been home to us for these past 3 months. Anytime we had a question or an issue (very few of them), Greg and his staff were so responsive and solved our problems immediately. We can’t say we loved it here in Rochester, because my husband was in the hospital and very sick. But the Doris Apartment was very convenient to get to the Clinic and hospital. Plus it was great to have a home to come to at the end of a long day. I even had fun cooking in the kitchen!

"Thanks to my daughter, I made a decision to stay at Serenity House Network versus a hotel or motel. Was here for 42 days and very happy with the SHN, the staff and facility. Very clean and comfortable. The garage is a great feature as we had a 20 inch snowfall with high winds. The Julianna Apartment is as close to home as you can be. The TV system here is also very good with about any program you might want.

We were very blessed to have found this place and picked it for my home for the last 42 days.

This was our second time staying with SHN and it was just as wonderful as the first. Our stay was shorter this time, 2 weeks, but there is nothing like having a home away from home when you are going through hard stuff. Greg and Brent were wonderful to work with. We just really appreciate having such a nice place to stay. We loved the sunroom and the deck on the warm days and the fireplace when it snowed 13.5 inches on our first night. Brent was great at clearing the snow for early appointments. Such a blessing SHN has been to our family.
