Happy June to each of you!
We have a fun month ahead planned. Here are some of the many highlights coming up:
• Shibashi is back! Join your neighbor Linda as she teaches this gentle form of Tai Chi.
• We have several Honor Bound Veteran activities this month, including Taco Tuesday at West End and the Honor Bound 5K on June 20. There are still volunteer opportunities, donation needs, and walking/running spots available. Participants can enjoy free donuts, lunch, and a concert!
• Cup of Comfort returns on Wednesday, June 3 at 10 a.m. in Forte 1. This grief support gathering is open to the public.
• Lots of music is coming your way! Enjoy performances from Lora and Chester, Patience and Fortitude, Hardly Working, and Ron Bublitz throughout the month.
• We have a variety of outings planned, including:
Men's Group Breakfast at Hy-Vee
Pizza Ranch and Fareway in Stewartville
Diamond Jo Casino
Wabasha's National Eagle Center and Slippery's
Walmart
Rooster's
Four Daughters Vineyard & Winery
• Linda will be offering eyeglass adjustments on June 11.
• Educational presentations this month include:
Jill Fasbender will be sharing the latest Medicare updates.

• We also have several unique wellness offerings, including private readings, sound bath meditations, and a free Club Pilates mat class, along with many other great activities.
• Our residents are hosting their very own Shopping Fair on Saturday, June 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The last update was that 27 vendors would be participating!
• On June 20 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., residents will also host a fundraiser benefiting Helping Paws of Minnesota.
