Congrats to the Baldwin and DiMarco Constructors teams for the success and achievement on the CreekView Apartments Phase II project!

The RBJ has announced that our project, CreekView Apartments Phase II, is a 2026 Top Projects honoree! The project has been recognized as one of the best building and construction projects of the year.

The second phase of CreekView built on the success of the first, with the development of an additional 72-unit multifamily community. This NYS Homes and Community Renewal funded project was built to be high-quality and family oriented in the Town of Canandaigua, while also achieving net-zero energy performance.

Like the first phase, CreekView Phase II is constructed with Passive House (PHIUS) design principles and certifications, while also incorporating elements like geothermal heating & cooling, shared energy recovery ventilation, and a 339-kW rooftop solar photovoltaic system.

The result? An all-electric community that dramatically reduces energy consumption (and expenses) and demonstrates that affordable housing in the Greater Rochester region can achieve certified net zero energy performance at scale.

Today is National Intern Day, and what better way to celebrate in the summer than ice cream!

We appreciate each our interns across all of our companies. They've been hard at work this summer with our expert staff, learning about construction, real estate, equipment sales & rental, and more!

We're grateful to them for their diligence, dedication, and perspectives as young professionals. And we are honored to have the opportunity to mold the next generation of workers, experts, and leaders.
