There is something powerful about knowing that where you are today is not by accident.

I’ve learned to trust God in every season, through the open doors, the unexpected turns, and even the moments when the next step wasn’t completely clear. Buying your first home is exciting, but before we start touring homes and imagining where the furniture will go, we need to talk numbers.

And I don’t just mean, “How much did the lender approve me for?”

A comfortable home budget should consider the full picture: your monthly payment, property taxes, insurance, HOA fees, maintenance, moving expenses, and most importantly, the life you still want to live after you get the keys.
Being approved for it doesn’t always mean you need to spend it.
