When people want to get so angry and say Landlords are animal haters - this is WHY we don't want your "well-behaved" (my dogs don't do that my dogs are well behaved) animals at our houses!

I clearly am not an animal hater I've got two dogs and two cats of my own but not all pet owners are created equal!!!

So the next time you want to be upset when a landlord says they don't accept animals remember these pictures of my house!!! Also, there was p**p on the floor!! I didn't feel I need to take a picture of that and post it for you guys but there was actual dog p**p just on the floor! Just left there!

Y'all please please PLEASE stop taking calls from people asking you if you want to sell your house. I just had dealings with another one of these companies! Stop signing offers with these companies then reaching out to a Realtor AFTER the fact for help. We can not help at that point, they already have you tied up! If you want to take one of those offers fine, but get yourself a Realtor first who has a fiduciary responsibility to protect you to review the contract! You DO NOT have to fix things before listing your house, you don't even have to clean it. A Realtor will list your house as is for what a cash buyer would be willing to pay with the amount of work it needs. You will typically get more from live market even with Realtor fees.

As a realtor we all have those clients that just stand out from the rest... Well for me you're looking at them! These three and the beautiful Cadence made going to work feel much more like just hanging out with a bunch of friends! I'm almost sad to see it end! But I am definitely glad we found the one!!!! I couldn't be happier for them and their new curb appeal ❤️❤️❤️
