Financial expert Dave Ramsey says now is the time to act, not wait, in the spring housing market. With inventory growing and median list prices falling for five consecutive months, Ramsey says buyers who hesitate risk missing the window. "If you're buying, now is the time to get in while inventory is growing before competition and prices peak later this spring," he writes.
